Founded in 2005, Friends of Animal Rescue (FOAR) is a registered 501(c)(3) charity based in New York City. Our mission is to provide financial assistance to animal rescue groups and individuals throughout New York State. We provide payment directly to veterinarians, medical boarding facilities, animal transport, pet supply stores and other services to support specific animal rescue efforts.
